We do not give order status via email. All your order information is posted to your account. To check your order status:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on my account. All your orders will be under the Previous Orders section. 
3. Click on view next to the order that you want to check the status for.
4. Your order status will be under Status History & Comments section.

Please note if you do not see your order under the Previous Order section then you next completed the checkout process or your order was deleted from our system.

From 5/09/20 and on, any cancellation request before the order is shipped will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
